Hypnotherapy

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a state of focused concentration. Hypnosis takes place when both the conscious mind and subconscious mind come together, bypassing, and quieting the critical mind. You are not asleep, nor are you awake. It is the bridge between the two. Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness within a heightened state of awareness. You are aware of other noises around you, yet you feel detached from them, as they feel far away almost like a dream where there is an absence of time. During the state of hypnosis, the subconscious mind is more open to receiving positive suggestions and images.

This state is not unfamiliar to your mind.  If you have ever daydreamed, lost track of time, become so engrossed in a movie it impacted your emotions,  or been driving and made it home without recalling the drive, you have been in a natural state of hypnosis.  In fact, right before you go to sleep and wake up each morning you are crossing over the bridge between conscious and unconscious, and in a state of hypnosis.

Backed By Science

Hypnotherapy is more effective than traditional therapeutic modalities and can be a strong partnering modality in traditional western medicine.

Those that are active in making the required changes experience a 93% success rate after six sessions with Hypnotherapy.

When combined with deep knowledge & life experience, Hypnotherapy becomes a guiding force. That’s why choosing a credibly trained and certified hypnotherapist is important.

Book A Call

"Hypnosis can be used to help you gain control over undesired behaviors or to help you cope better with anxiety or pain. It's important to know that although you're more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you don't lose control over your behavior."
