Life and Health Coaching

Life or Health Coaching helps by working with you to analyze your current situation, helps you to identify limiting beliefs, and other potential obstacles you face. Then a custom plan of action is developed to help you achieve the outcomes you want. This process is done by helping you identify your goals, helping hold you accountable and providing encouragement throughout your journey to become a better version of yourself. 

A life or health coach is someone professionally trained to help you maximize your full potential and reach your desired results. They are like a supportive friend and a trusted adviser rolled into one, a mentor if you will. 

Life Coaching sessions are held virtually through ZOOM.

Reiki

Reiki is an alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy healing. It emerged in Japan in the late 1800’s and involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to their patient. The practitioner is merely a conduit of the energy to pass through.  Reiki is energy, which has no time or space limitations and therefore works just as powerfully through a Distant Reiki Healing session as it does in person. 

In a Distant Reiki session, we will connect through ZOOM. We will discussion how you are feeling and what you could experience in the session. During the session, you will ideally have a safe place to lie down and relax to receive the distant Reiki energy. While you relax in the safety and comfort of your own home, you will want to make sure you will be uninterrupted and have no outside interference during this session. At the end of the session, we will reconnect through Zoom or WhatsApp to discuss any thoughts, feelings and experiences you may have had during the Reiki session. 

The number of sessions required for hypnotherapy, or the coaching process depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.

No, there are no guarantees in life. Hypnotherapy and Life or Heath Coaching require you to be responsible for acting and making changes in your life.  No one can do that for you, but you.

100%!  What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.

Yes I am 100% virtual to make it convenient for you to relax in your own space.  This also ensures I can help people around the world by not being confined to my local area in an office setting.

My hours vary day-by-day and week-by-week.  Since I am a global service provider, I work within different timezones and adjust accordingly.

Payments are made through Zelle or Venmo.  If opting to use Venmo, there is an additional 1.9% + $0.10 charge in addition the service charge for the sessions.

Insurance/Medicaid/Medicare do not currently cover hypnotherapy services.

If you would like to save money, and you know you want to purchase multiple sessions, REMEMBER TO ask about our bundle rates during your consultation. Payment for the bundle packages is due in the first session.  All Session payments must be paid up front prior whether bundled or individual.  

We can take HSA for some services. Not all services qualify for HSA payment, so it is best if you pay out of pocket and submit for reimbursement through your HSA account.  

Some HSA providers may require you to have a referral for your presenting issues to a hypnotherapist prior.  We are happy to work with your healthcare provider.
